You are entering the 2024 Clothing application program. All children on this application must LIVE in or ATTEND a school in Franklin County, Ohio.

This is a private application for children attending any public school within the Whitehall City School District (Franklin County, OH). It is to be submitted with permission of the school social worker.

Clothe-A-Child Program 2024-2025

You must agree to the below Terms and Conditions in order to receive clothing services from Charity Newsies.

  • You are submitting this application because your family is in a position of financial hardship.
  • Your household income is less than 200% of the HHS Poverty Guidelines.
  • You must be the custodial parent/legal guardian of all children on your application.
  • You understand that each family is allowed one (1) application per school year and all eligible children are to be on a single application.
  • Duplicate applications will be cancelled.
  • You will submit accurate sizing information, understanding that no returns or exchanges can be made once the clothing has been claimed.
  • Your appointment date and time will be sent to the email you provide on this application. It is your responsibility to pick up the clothing or arrange for someone to pick up the clothing on your behalf.
  • Appointments cannot be rescheduled.
I will receive a pickup appointment date and time at the email address that I provide on this application. It is my responsibility to pick up the clothing or arrange for someone to pick it up on my behalf. I understand that pickup appointments CANNOT be changed.
